Mozzarella in 30 Minutes– Really!

Ricki “The Cheese Queen” Carroll offers this recipe for mozzarella cheese in 30 minutes.  I’ve tried it, and it really does work!  It doesn’t give you the full flavor of a cultured mozzarella, but it’s still better than many brands available at the grocery store.  And it doesn’t get any fresher than this!

It’s incredibly satisfying to serve a tasty cheese that you made yourself– and is sure to impress your guests!
