   I am unable to find an area to order cheese from you. I live in Paragonah and would love to come see the cheese ranch when it warms up a bit. Meanwhile, do you sell your cheese locally, (Parowan, CedarCity)?

   Hi Rocky. Thanks for visiting our site. We don’t currently sell cheese online, though we expect to by summer.

   For now, when there’s no farmers market, we make arrangements for people to come out to the ranch, or for us to deliver. There was so much interest after the article, we sold out. But there will be more cheese maturing in the cave in a week or two. We can put you on our emailing list, and/or you can check back with us.
