Red Acre Farms CSA to offer a cheese share

Red Acre Farms, a community-supported agriculture vetnure, or CSA, offers shares in its produce, as well as locally-produced eggs and milk.  They’re now adding a cheese share to their offerings.  Share purchasers will get a half pound of Jackrabbit Ranch artisan cheese every week for 18 weeks.

We don’t know in advance what cheeses will be offered, but we expect to include Brie, Chevre, Jack, Tome, Romano, Cheddar, and fresh herbed cheeses, made from cow and/or goat milk.
