We’ve got cheese!

Finally, we have cheese for sale.  First up is a semi-hard fresh cow milk cheese seasoned with spices: celery seed, fennel, or caraway.  We had some jalapeno, but it sold very quickly.

By next week, we’ll have some Chevre, a soft, spreadable goat milk cheese.  In another week or two, we’ll have a cow milk Brie also.

We sold cheese at H&R Home Center in Parowan yesterday.  We’re looking for a spot in Cedar City where we can set up on Saturday mornings to sell our cheese.  Any suggestions are welcome.
