We spent Saturday at the Parowan Car Show as a vendor. Despite the cold, damp, windy, and at times rainy weather, there was a great turnout, and lots of people sampled our cheese. We also got to see come great cars, both classic and antique.
We’ve signed up for a booth a Groovefest, the free concert in Cedar City June 25-26. More on that in another post.
Saturday they also hooked the new bulk tank up to the compressor. We’re finally ready to make cheese again after a hiatus of several weeks. So tomorrow, I’ll bring home 600 gallons of cow milk. That will keep us busy for the rest of the week.
On the agenda: Romano and Cheddar. And, by popular demand, more fresh cheese with jalapeno.
