The process of making and selling cheese never seems to end. I realized today that it’s been days since we put up a blog post. So here’s a quick update about what we’ve been doing:
We’re making four batches of cheese this week (Gouda, Cheddar, Romano, and Neufchatel). We’re also talking to local stores about carrying our products– and having some success. And we’re working on a web store that should be operating in a few days.
We’re scheduled to be in the July 3 parade in Parowan. (July 4 falls on a Sunday, so everyone is celebrating the day before.) We’ll also be at the July Jamboree on July 9 – 10. And we’re working on more events later in the summer.
