Tonight, Jackrabbit Ranch is serving our Chevre to a dinner of the Society of American Travel Writers. The dinner is being held at the Frontier Homestead Museum in Cedar City. Our cheese is set up in a one-room log school house on the grounds. About 125 people are expected to attend.
