While visiting my sister in Wiscasset, Main, we enjoyed a lovely lobster dinner. She bought the lobsters at the dock, where they had just been brought in by a fisherman, and were still stored in a pen submersed in the ocean – they had never seen the inside of a tank. They don’t get any fresher! My sister paired the lobster with some early local corn and a baguette made at a local artisan bakery for an absolutely scrumptious meal.
