After last week’s market was dampened by rain, it was good to see the Zion Canyon Farmer’s Market in Springdale having a great day today! A variety of produce vendors offered grapes, peppers, peaches, cantaloupe, broccoli, pecans, kale, apples, eggplant, carrots, and the always desirable locally-grown tomatoes. Marti – Jam Lady offered her latest Apricot jams and preserves. And, in the spirit of summer, Jackrabbit Ranch (us) offered a Ginger-Peach Chevre.
